Return policy

1. General Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted within  5 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.

2. Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, log in to your account and go to your order history. Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at [support email/phone number].
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by the vendor.
  • Return Address: The return address will depend on the vendor who fulfilled the order. Each vendor has their own return address, which will be provided during the return process.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, or other perishable goods are non-returnable.
  • Intimate Apparel or Personal Care Products: For health and hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics may not be returned.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within  10 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: If you return an item within the return window and meet the return criteria, you will receive a full refund for the item price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a vendor error (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods).

5. Exchanges:

  • Exchange Requests: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you can follow the same process as a return. Depending on the availability of the replacement item, the vendor will either process the exchange or offer a refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Item Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. You may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Procedure for Damaged Items: If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and submit them along with your return request. We will arrange a return and refund/replacement process.

Each vendor on our platform may have additional or slightly different return policies. You will be able to see the vendor’s return policy at the time of purchase, and it may apply in place of the general return policy outlined above. If the vendor has specific instructions, please follow them.

8. Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Promotions or Discounts: If a product was purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount, the return policy for that item may differ. Please check the terms and conditions for any specific promotions.
