1. Order Cancellation by Customers:
Before Shipment: Customers can cancel an order at no charge if the cancellation request is made before the item has been shipped by the vendor. To cancel, please contact our customer support team or use the cancellation option on your account page.
After Shipment: Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return according to our return policy once you receive the product.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, as these items are specially produced for the customer.
2. Order Cancellation by Vendors:
Vendor Right to Cancel: Vendors may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or there is a problem with payment processing. In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Delays: If a vendor anticipates a significant delay in shipment, they should inform the customer immediately and allow the customer to either cancel the order or wait for the item to arrive.
3. Refund Process:
Refund Timeframe: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10 days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after the product has been shipped.
